A return request must be made via email within 3 days of your delivery date. If 3 days have gone by since the date of your delivery receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as amazake or amazake drinks cannot be returned.
To initiate the return, include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We are unable to do exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a free-shipping promotion, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

If an order that you submit online has not yet processed and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately so we can accommodate that if possible.
