We make our Tamari Koji using handcrafted organic sprouted brown rice koji and organic Tamari. This combination gives that more malty and caramelized flavor. Also, our Tamari Koji has a chunky consistency.

How to use Tamari Koji:
1. Seasoning or final touch:
Just put a small amount of Tamari koji on the cooked meat, poultry, fish or veggies! Also you can use on rice as a "Furikake alternative" and as a "Tare (Ponzu sauce/Sesame sauce) alternative" for your hotpot.
Use 10% of the material weight you are marinating, e.g. 3 tablespoons of Tamari Koji per 1 pound of meat, poultry, etc. Marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Soy Sauce Alternative:
Use Tamari Koji as a flavor enhancing salt alternative in sautéing, baking and dressings.
